Studio Closing FAQ
As you know, we will be closing our studio on December 31, 2019. Here are some Frequently Asked Questions and Answers. We will continue to add to this page as more questions come in, so stay tuned. Any other question, please email Michelle (email@example.com).
When is the studio closing?
December 31, 2019. We will have a final class on December 31 at 7pm, with celebration to follow.

What is the schedule for December?
The December schedule will not change until the week of Christmas. We will run a limited schedule Christmas week, as always, and we will be closed on Christmas Day.
What are the rates going forward?
3-class cards: $50
5-class cards: $75
1-week unlimited memberships: $39

What happens to my Hot Pass Membership?
Hot pass members will be charged a pro-rated amount on December 1 to cover your membership through December 31. Please check for an email from Michelle with all the relevant details & how to opt-out if needed.
What happens to my Flex Pass Membership?
Your Flex Pass Membership has already been cancelled and will not be charged again. You will have until December 31 to use the remainder of your classes. We cannot issue refunds for unused classes, but your classes will be shareable through the end of the year, which means any guests you bring can use your remaining classes.
What happens to my Annual Membership?
We will offer refunds on a limited basis for Annual Memberships purchased after February 1, 2019. Please email Michelle for more information.
What happens to my class card?
We will not be able to issue refunds on class cards, so please take these last five weeks to use the remainder of your classes. We will make all class cards shareable through the end of the year, which means any guests you bring can use your class cards too.
