ORIGINAL HOT YOGA
The original hot yoga series we practice (aka the bikram Series)
is designed for how we live today. It is a full body workout – cardio, strength, balance & flexibility – and we offer both a 90 minute (original) or 60 minute (express) sequence.
This series helps increase range of motion & decrease pain. It is the most effective, accessible & therapeutic yoga on the market right now.
It is designed for beginners – no arm balances, acrobatics or joint-wrenching moves. Expect to sweat a lot, work at your own level & feel great!
